I’m Marsha Dashiell, and I started PlacerLiving a few years ago based on the belief that my clients deserve better than what tends to pass for a standard real estate experience. PlacerLiving was built to provide the kind of service that I would want for my dearest friends or family. Where every step is disclosed, nobody is in the dark at any given moment and where all the nagging little details, paperwork, inspections et al are handled by us in a way that doesn’t involve our clients’ running around town or stressing over any of it. So in a nutshell, that’s my story.
As far as who I am as a person, it’s hard to reduce to a few sentences, but as far as important stuff goes – I’m a mom to a phenomenal boy, now all grownup, a dog lover (I’d pick up all the stray or unwanted dogs in the universe if I could and take care of them), an adventure seeker (I love the outdoors, and wouldn’t trade living in Placer County with its amazing terrain for anything), entrepreneur (I’ve always found a way of working for myself).
Everything I do, I do with abandon. Right now (and for the past 8 years), it’s been helping people buy and sell real estate in Placer County.
